Ingredients

2 cups cubed watermelon
6–8 fresh mint leaves
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup sparkling water
Crushed ice
Sweetener (optional)
Mint sprig and watermelon wedge (garnish)
Instructions
1. Blend watermelon until smooth. Strain if preferred.
2. Muddle mint leaves and lime juice in a tall glass.
3. Add crushed ice and pour in watermelon juice.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Stir gently, taste, and sweeten if needed.
6. Garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
For frozen mocktail, blend everything with ice.
