- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Tortilla strips or chips for garnish
- Optional toppings: Shredded cheese, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes to the pot, stirring to combine.
