  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Tortilla strips or chips for garnish
  • Optional toppings: Shredded cheese, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, lime wedges

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes to the pot, stirring to combine.
