Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

  • Pour the yeast mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until the dough comes together.
