Description
This Springtime Strawberry Sipper Mocktail is the ultimate non alcoholic refresher—light, fruity, and easy to batch for a party.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
1/2 lemon, sliced
5–6 mint leaves
2 cups sparkling water or club soda
Ice cubes
Optional: 1 tbsp honey or agave
Instructions
1. Muddle strawberries, lemon slices, and mint in a pitcher.
2. Add honey/agave if using, stir well.
3. Fill glasses with ice.
4. Pour mixture over ice, top with sparkling water.
5. Stir gently and garnish with strawberry slices and mint.
Notes
To make a frozen version, blend ingredients with ice.
You can prepare the base up to a day ahead and refrigerate.
Add soda right before serving for maximum fizz.
