Ingredients

1 cup fresh raspberries

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

1/3 cup honey or granulated sugar

4 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Lime slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish


Instructions

1. In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and honey (or sugar). Blend until smooth.

2. Pour the raspberry puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the seeds.

3. Stir in the freshly squeezed lime juice.

4. Add the cold water to the pitcher and mix well.

5. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the raspberry limeade over the ice, and garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.

Notes

For a fizzy version, substitute cold water with sparkling water.

Add a few basil leaves for an aromatic touch.

Mix in strawberries or blackberries for a mixed berry limeade.
