Ingredients

1 stick unsalted butter

1 cup self-rising flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup whole milk

1 (28 oz) can sliced peaches in syrup

½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Melt butter in 9×13-inch baking dish.

3. Mix flour, sugar, and milk in a bowl until smooth.

4. Pour batter over melted butter—do not stir.

5. Spoon peaches and syrup over batter.

6. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.

7. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store in fridge up to 3 days.
