Instructions

1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.

2. Add peach slices in a single layer. Cook for 2 minutes without moving.

3. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

4. Toss gently and cook 3–5 more minutes until golden and caramelized.

5. Drizzle with vanilla extract if using.

6. Serve warm with ice cream or your favorite topping.

Notes

Use firm, ripe peaches that are not overly soft.

Frozen or canned peaches can be used if well drained.

For a vegan version, use coconut oil.
