Description

This Lemon Ginger Mocktail Spritz is a zesty, sparkling non alcoholic drink with fresh citrus, warm spice, and fizzy bubbles — perfect for sunny days and elegant gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

1 tablespoon ginger syrup

1/2 cup sparkling water or ginger ale

Crushed ice

Lemon slices and mint for garnish

Optional: honey to taste

Optional: splash of apple cider vinegar


Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.

2. Mix lemon juice and ginger syrup in a small pitcher or directly in glass.

3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

4. Garnish with lemon wheel and mint sprig.

5. Serve immediately while fizzy.

Notes

To make ginger syrup: simmer equal parts water, sliced fresh ginger, and honey/sugar for 10 mins. Strain and chill.

Use ginger ale instead of sparkling water for more kick.
