Description

Healthy peach crisp with no oats—made with almond flour, maple syrup, and juicy fresh peaches. Perfect summer dessert!


Ingredients

5 large ripe peaches (sliced)

1 cup almond flour

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 ½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp arrowroot starch (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×9” baking dish.

2. Toss peaches with lemon juice, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and arrowroot starch.

3. Spread peach mixture evenly in dish.

4. In a bowl, combine almond flour, cinnamon, remaining syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.

5. Sprinkle the topping over peaches.

6. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.

7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Best served warm. Optional toppings: yogurt or vanilla ice cream.

Can substitute oat flour for almond flour if desired.
