Description

Quick and easy Fresh Peach Fritters made with real peaches, fried to golden crispiness and topped with glaze or cinnamon sugar.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup diced fresh peaches

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tbsp sugar (or sugar-free alternative)

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1 egg

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Oil for frying

Optional glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tsp milk


Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

2. In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, and vanilla.

3. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just combined.

4. Fold in diced peaches.

5. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F.

6. Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and fry until golden, flipping once.

7. Remove and drain on paper towels.

8. Drizzle with glaze or dust with cinnamon sugar.

9. Serve warm.

Notes

Use firm, ripe peaches. For Weight Watchers version, substitute sweeteners and bake or air fry. Store leftovers in fridge and reheat before serving.
