Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the fish fillets with herbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Lay the filo sheets on a surface, brush with butter or olive oil, and layer 3-4 sheets together.
- Place the seasoned fish in the center of the pastry, fold the pastry over the fish, and seal the edges.
