This quick and easy chocolate mug cake is moist, rich, and made in the microwave in just 1 minute.
Ingredients
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla; stir until smooth.
3. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
4. Microwave on high for 60–75 seconds, until top looks set but center is slightly molten.
5. Let sit 1 minute before serving.
