Description

Crispy and tangy Air Fryer Fried Pickles made with panko, spices, and zero deep frying. A perfect quick snack or game day appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup dill pickle chips, drained and patted dry

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp salt

Nonstick spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

2. Prepare three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned panko breadcrumbs.

3. Pat pickles dry. Dredge each in flour, then egg, then panko mixture.

4. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Place pickles in a single layer.

5. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

6. Serve hot with ranch or favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Use bread and butter pickles for a sweeter twist.

Make gluten-free by using GF breadcrumbs and flour.

Don’t overcrowd the basket—work in batches if needed.
