Ingredients

2 cups chopped ripe tomatoes

Instructions

1. Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.

4. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small cup.

5. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
