For the Cake:

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Make the Streusel Topping: In a small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Set aside.
- Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Assemble the Cake: Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon swirl mixture over it. Add the remaining batter, then top with the streusel.
- Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve: Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
