For the Cinnamon Roll Dough:
- 1 can cinnamon roll dough (or homemade cinnamon roll dough)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Honey Glaze:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cinnamon roll dough by unrolling it and placing it in a greased 9-inch springform pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, and drizzle with melted butter.
- Make the cheesecake filling by mixing softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cinnamon rolls in the pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
- Prepare the glaze by melting butter and honey in a saucepan, then drizzle over the baked cheesecake.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- This cheesecake can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 5 days.
- If you prefer a richer glaze, you can substitute the honey with maple syrup.
- Feel free to add a sprinkle of chopped nuts or extra cinnamon sugar for added texture and flavor.
