- 1 lb ribeye steak (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups cheese-filled tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth or heavy cream (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
- Add the remaining olive oil or butter to the skillet. Cook the thinly sliced steak over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir occasionally, cooking until the beef is browned.
- Add the cream cheese, provolone, and mozzarella cheese to the skillet with the beef. Stir until melted and smooth, adding beef broth or cream to reach desired sauce consistency.
- Add the cooked vegetables and tortellini to the skillet, tossing everything to combine and coat with the creamy cheese sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese, if desired.

- For extra flavor, try adding red chili flakes for a bit of spice.
- Use any type of cheese-filled tortellini, but cheese or meat tortellini work best.
