- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced (optional)
- 2 tbsp burger sauce or dressing of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook the protein: Season the ground beef (or your choice of protein) with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart into crumbles until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside to rest.
