- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking, or heat a pan over medium-high heat for pan-searing.
- Drizzle the branzino fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.
- In a hot pan, cook the fillets skin-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets before serving, and garnish with fresh parsley and thyme. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
- If you prefer a crispy skin, make sure to cook the fillets skin-side down first.
- You can also grill branzino fillets by cooking them for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
- Branzino fillet can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
