Description

A simple and flavorful blueberry tea recipe made with dried blueberries and leaves, offering a caffeine-free, antioxidant-rich beverage for any time of the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried blueberry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried blueberries
  • 810 ounces filtered water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey, a cinnamon stick, or a slice of lemon

Instructions

  • Boil 8–10 ounces of filtered water to 90–95°C (194–203°F).
  • Place the dried blueberry leaves and blueberries into a tea infuser or directly in your teacup.
  • Pour the hot water over the ingredients and cover the cup to steep for 5–7 minutes.
  • Remove the infuser or strain the tea to remove solids.
  • Add optional honey, a cinnamon stick, or lemon for added flavor.
  • Serve hot or let it cool for an iced version. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, increase the steeping time to 8 minutes.
  • Store unused dried blueberries and leaves in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
