A simple and flavorful blueberry tea recipe made with dried blueberries and leaves, offering a caffeine-free, antioxidant-rich beverage for any time of the day.

- 1 teaspoon dried blueberry leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried blueberries
- 8–10 ounces filtered water
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey, a cinnamon stick, or a slice of lemon
Instructions
- Boil 8–10 ounces of filtered water to 90–95°C (194–203°F).
- Place the dried blueberry leaves and blueberries into a tea infuser or directly in your teacup.
- Pour the hot water over the ingredients and cover the cup to steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Remove the infuser or strain the tea to remove solids.
- Add optional honey, a cinnamon stick, or lemon for added flavor.
- Serve hot or let it cool for an iced version. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, increase the steeping time to 8 minutes.
- Store unused dried blueberries and leaves in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
- Cold brewing is an alternative method for a smoother taste.
