Juicy and flavorful Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites made in just 10 minutes. A protein-rich, low-carb dinner or snack option.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
Fresh parsley or chives (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and trim excess fat.
2. Toss cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
4. Place steak cubes in a single layer in the basket.
5. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
6. Melt butter and mix with minced garlic to create garlic butter.
7. Toss cooked steak bites with garlic butter and garnish with herbs.
8. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate steak for 30 minutes before cooking.
Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed.
Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer.
